My therapy practice addresses a wide range of topics, with a specialization in delicate, complex, and unique struggles, including inner child work, past life regression and trauma healing. The sessions are designed to be transformative, aiming to uncover and address the root causes of your struggles rather than just treating symptoms. The ultimate goal is to free you from the need for regular visits regarding the same issue, focusing on achieving effective results within 1-3 sessions.
Beyond my private practice, I have also established Bliss Shala, a Trauma Sensitive Yoga studio in Singapore. We focuses on semi private small group classes so that participants feel safe and empowered through their bodies.
It is facilitated by like-minded yoga teachers and we specialise on Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga , Traditional Yoga and Yoga for Special Children so that these communities can benefit from the holistic approach of yoga for mind, body and spirit.
